The only groupset available on the Trek website is Super Record, and the price is through the roof. I could build the same bike for a few grand less using ebay, which I can't with most any bike shop bike. I'll think this is cool when I see as many Campy groupsets offered as SRAM groupsets are offered. I'd be even nicer toSee a Trek offered with Athena. But Trek has offered Campy groupsets on a bike before and they just don't seem to sell. My old shop boss said that people just didn't want Campy. I don't know. I'd just like to see any US bike company carry Campy OEM on thier bikes, and be able to keep doing it.
