Using Campagnolo Shifters With ShimaNO Cassettes. Why?
OK, maybe you're caught in the middle of nowhere. Your Campy rear wheel is trashed, and the only alternative is a ShimaNO wheel set. You have to ride home because ... well, because. So, you have to fix your bike. What to do?

It's not really an on-the-road, middle-of-nowhere style conversion! And it only applies to the "new" 10-11sp shape levers, not the old 9/10sp style.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. The "middle of nowhere" example was our tongue-in-cheek way of saying that you'd have to be desperate to have to mix drivetrains.
