Last Night at PBP

The hosts at one of the roadside stops on PBP were taking photos, and got this shot of me on the last night of the ride. The control at Mortange was still some miles away, but I was ready for that part of the ride to be over with.

PBP 2011: Tale of the Tape

Final computer readings from PBP:
  • Total Distance of 772 miles (the route is more than 1200 kilometers!)
  • Maximum speed of 38.9 mph
  • Average speed of 15.2 mph
  • Riding time of 50 hours, 36 minutes (plus 28 hours, 35 minutes of time off the bike)
