BikeCharge Unboxing Photos

We're riding with the new BikeCharge bike light/dynamo/USB charger. Road test results soon--for now, here are photos of the unboxing.

  1. Interesting gadget! I used to have a spoke generator made by FER. A good idea, but not a great implementation. Too much plastic in the transmission, and it was cooked by fast downhills.

    The integrated USB charger is useful for modern cyclists. Building it into a light/dynamo assembly makes a lot sense.

    1. Hey man, thinking of getting this so i can charge my mobile when i ride from kent to cornwall next month. Going to be camping it all the way so need something like this or this battery device called new trent 12000. Could you let us know what its like and what the drag is like. Cheers man

  5. Looking very forward to the test results. Certainly more approachable than a Schmidt hub regarding cost!
